All cakes are mixed and baked on site and are moist and delicious, (for prices please see pricing page).

Samples of some of the most popular flavors are available for large events such as weddings, Anniversaries or Quinceaneras by appointment only.

All cakes are frosted in a delicious hand made butter cream icing, NOT FONDANT! I can create most designs to look identical to fondant covered ones but have the great taste of butter cream (see photo gallery where 98% of the cakes shown are decorated in butter cream), fondant will often be used to create custom decorations that are added for effect without covering the entire surface of your cake.

Other icings such as whipped cream or chocolate whip cream or cream cheese are available but can only be used with certain designs. These are very soft icings and do not hold up well in heat and cannot be used for structural type designs.

You may choose as many different combinations of flavors as you would like to use at no additional charge.
