Weddings, Anniversaries or Quinceaneras: $4.00-$4.75 per serving, price reflects the time/labor involved in the design as well as the cost of any special order supplies and can be higher than the base cost depending on these conditions and quoted per design.
There is a basic minimum charge of $120 on any Wedding, large Anniversaries or Quinceanera cake where only a single 6 inch cake is being requested, (delivery see below).

Prices include:

• Delivery/set up to venue location in Yakima, (see below for details).
• The option to use more than one cake/filling flavor per tier or sheet.
• The use of a cake stand, (return required).

• Flowers(fresh/silk), Greenery (fresh/silk) or decorative cake top ornament. These need to be provided at the time of delivery and will be arranged on the cake upon arrival.
• Handmade Icing Flowers are quoted per design and quantity (some buttercream flower designs may be included in the price).
• Birthdays, Showers or other occasion tiered cakes: price is determined by size and the amount of time and labor involved in the design that you choose, (refer to ordering instructions and send the information needed for a quote).

Serving size of sheet cakes: 2-1/2'H x 2'D x 2'W
Undecorated sheet cakes: are intended to be used only for extra servings as a supplement to the main cake and are frosted and pre-marked for cutting, but not decorated.

1/4 sheet serves 25; 1/2 sheet serves 35; 3/4 sheet serves 45
Price per serving: $1.50 w/o filling or $2.00 w/filling

Decorated Sheet cakes:are decorated with your theme or design but have no 2D or 3D effect, prices will be individually quoted based on the design and size of the sheet cake.

Weddings, Anniversaries or Quinceaneras: standard size cupcakes start at $2.75w/o filling and $3.00 w/ filling.

Birthdays and other events: standard size cupcakes start at $2.25w/o filling or $2.50 w/filling.

Mini Size cupcakes start at $1.75 w/o filling or $2.25 w/filling

All prices are subject to higher cost depending on time/labor involved in custom designs or added specialty decorations.

Added edible pearls, crystal sugars or sprinkles.

serving size ranges depending on the shape and style of the cake. These types of cakes are time consuming and detailed and the cost is determined by the amount of time and labor involved in the construction and design of the cake you want. I consider it a challenge to make these cakes with as much "cake" as possible and frosted in butter cream icing whenever possible, however, because of the nature of these designs it may be necessary at times to use other things for structural strength such as: cardboard, styrafoam, rice crispy cookies, fondant or wood products. If any of these items are used, you will be instructed on how to cut your cake and what parts are not edible. Check out the pictures in my gallery, believe it or not, 98% are all made with butter cream icing, NOT FONDANT.

Cost is determined by the choice of icing and design.

Buttercream icing (this is what is used on 90% of the pictures featured on my website). It is a delicious, creamy hand made icing that is very versatile for almost any type of design and holds up well for outdoor events where the weather may be warm.

Whipped cream icing: this is a very light fluffy icing that is not overly sweet but has a pleasant taste, very much like cool whip. It works well for cupcakes or sheet cakes that are intended for extra servings but does not hold well for extended lengths of time in heat and is a very soft based icing and is very limited to specific designs.

Fondant icing: this is a sugar based icing that resembles the same texture of soft play dough. It is not overly sweet and has a chewy texture when eating it. I do not recommend covering your entire cake in fondant icing but instead using butter cream icing that will have the very same look but is much more pleasant to eat. Fondant works very well for exterior designs and shapes that need to hold a 3D type shape.

Weddings, Anniversary, Quinceanera: $75.00 is required to secure the date, this is non-refundable but does apply toward the final balance which is due in full at the time of delivery. Cancellations made within one month of the date are due 50% of the total cost.

Birthdays, Showers, or Special Occasion: no deposit is required for orders under $200 and payment can be made at the time of delivery, orders over $200 require a 50% deposit by cash or credit card at the time the order is placed.

Weddings, Anniversaries, Quinceaneras: delivery is available Sun-Sat and is free in Yakima,
other areas are quoted on location. Special arrangements for pick up can be made to save on cost of delivery depending on the distance of travel or the size of the cake.

All other Occasions: delivery is free in Yakima, charges may apply for delivery to lower valley and other areas. Arrangements can be made to meet and pick up delivery of the cake in Yakima to avoid extra charges.
Deliveries for Sunday events are made on Saturday and refrigeration will be necessary.

Due to the rising cost of being in business, deliveries will not be available during weekdays (Mon-Fri), arrangements can be made to pick up the cake at your convenience at my bakery location in Tieton (address given when the order is placed).
